TrenchBadger, Inc. warrants this product from the time of purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, subject to the periods, limitations and exclusions listed below.

LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD: USAGE

TYPES OF USAGE:

Commercial Use: Business, commercial, institutional or income producing use.

Rental Use: Rental income producing use.

POWERTRAIN WARRANTY:

Applies to power transmission components including engine, clutch, driveshaft, and gearbox. Excludes components of deflectors, hardware, blades and items noted below.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

In working with the engine manufacturer and all suppliers, TrenchBadger, Inc. holds a product warranty against material defects or workmanship from the original assembly date prior to purchase. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy.

ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS:

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO PARTS AFFECTED OR DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, NORMAL WEAR, FUEL CONTAMINATION OR DETERIORATION, USE IN AN APPLICATION FOR WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DESIGNED OR ANY OTHER MISUSE, NEGLECT, INCORPORATION OR USE OF UNSUITABLE ATTACHMENTS, PARTS OR FUELS / LUBRICANTS / FLUIDS, UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE / SERVICE, IMPROPER OPERATION NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL, OR ANY CAUSES OTHER THAN DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP OF THE PRODUCT.

Additionally, this warranty does not apply to:

• Parts and components not supplied by TrenchBadger, Inc, and any trade accessory or engine which is separately warranted by another manufacturer and not manufactured or supplied by TrenchBadger, Inc.;
• Items or service required when performing normal and regular maintenance (e.g., valve adjustments, spark plugs, filters, lubricants, starter cords, carburetor adjustments, engine tune-ups, sharpening, etc.);
• Damage caused by pressure or steam cleaning the unit;
• Repairs made necessary due to abrasives, moisture, rust, corrosion, fuel deposits, carbon deposits, oil deposits, or other similar conditions.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. TRENCHBADGER INC. DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF TIME OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR OTHERWISE, APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

WHAT TRENCHBADGER INC WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE UNDER WARRANTY:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. TrenchBadger Inc., acting through its authorized dealers, shall replace or repair free of charge any powertrain parts (Engine, Gearbox and Drive Shaft) proven defective in material or workmanship for the time period of the warranty. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as part of the original product and any warranty on those parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty. TrenchBadger, Inc. reserves the right to use remanufactured components and assemblies to service warranty claims.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY:

All other parts that are not part of the Powertrain, such as deflectors, hardware, blades, handles and any other parts outside of the powertrain are not covered by this warranty, unless these parts were found defective, missing or damaged by the time of delivery. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

To make any claim under the warranty, proof of purchase of the product in the form of the invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase and product serial number must be presented to the authorized dealer for warranty service. A claim may be started by calling TrenchBadger, Inc. directly and a customer service representative will give the customer directions on how to proceed with the claim.

MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS:

The owner is responsible for the performance of the required maintenance as defined by TrenchBadger Inc. in the owner’s manual.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase OR If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it within 15 days from the date of purchase and we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund. Shipping and a $199 restocking fee may apply if the product has been used. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in “new” condition. An extra fee may be applied if repairs need to be made to the product.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund you by check within 10 days from the date we receive the item back. Credit or Debit card payments will be refunded back to the card within 15 days.

To process a refund please call us for special instructions at 1-866-UTRENCH (1-866-887-3624). Proof of purchase of the product in the form of the invoice or receipt showing the date of purchase and product serial number must be presented to the authorized dealer for refunds or exchanges.
